Please ensure you read our terms and conditions thoroughly before booking.

Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited are covered by Public Liability insurance of 5 million pound, a copy of our insurance is available upon request. Please ensure that your venue will accept this.

Our bouncy castle’s are built to BSEN14960 standards and are PIPA tagged and tested on an annual basis to ensure maximum safety.

If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, a representative from Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited should immediately be consulted.

THE HIRER will, during the period of the hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage however slight of any sort, and the behaviour of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children to ensure children of different ages use the equipment separately to minimise the risk of injury.

MAXIMUM AGE   allowed to use the equipment is as follows:

Our soft play is suitable for under 5’s only.

10 x 12 Foot grey & white bouncy castle – suitable up to 120cm

15 x 17 Foot white bouncy castle with side slide – suitable for children and adults

Inflatable ball pits and bubble house – suitable for children and adults

Failure to observe these limits at any time during the hire period will render the hirer liable for associated repair costs.

THE HIRER shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement, and shall not sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way, nor allow anyone onto the equipment wearing shoes, spectacles, carrying sharp objects, key-rings, metal studded clothing or any other similar items which could cause damage to others or the equipment.  No food or drink is to be taken onto or consumed on the equipment. No Party Poppers, Coloured streamers or Silly String should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited in the event of damage.

THE HIRER  shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment (accessories if supplied) and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless the hirer brings to the attention of Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited when it is set up and checked by the hirer when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the Hirer.

THE HIRE PERIOD unless otherwise agreed is from delivery until 6PM or after at the discretion of Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited any obstruction by the hirer or their guests causing unnecessary delay will be charged at £35 per hour or part of, this also applies where ball pit balls are not in the ball pit and ready for collection.

Booking and cancellation-

Our booking process is quick and simple! Once you have decided on a time, date and venue we will ask you to complete our booking form and return it to us with a £30 booking fee. The £30 booking fee is non refundable. The full balance of your hire is due 7 days before your event. 

Payment can be made via card payment, bank transfer or PayPal.

Please let us know if there are any accessibility requirements for the venue as we may need extra time to set up (eg up lots of stairs, long distance from the car park etc)

We try to be as flexible as possible with set up/take downs to work around your event so if you have any specific requirements feel free to pop us a message.

Delivery, set up and collections-

It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that there will be adequate space at their venue for the required package.

If the an inflatable is required for a booking please ensure that the height of the inflatable will suit your venue and that there is a plug nearby. If we need to use an extension lead (max 20m) please ensure that there is a safe place for it to run to avoid any trip hazard.

It is important to have 3ft either side of the inflatables and 4ft at the front and back to allow for the blower and safety mats. If we arrive at a venue to insufficient space you will still be liable for the hire cost.

The space required for our inflatables are as follows:

10 x 12 Foot grey & white bouncy castle – 18 x 14 foot and 8 foot height clearance

15 x 17 Foot white bouncy castle with side slide – 23 x 21 foot and 11 foot height clearance

Castle ball pit – 16 x 12 foot and 7 foot height clearance

Inflatable ball pit – 15 x 11 foot

Bubble house – 18 x 20 foot and 8 foot height clearance

The inflatables require a flat surface to be set up on, please ensure that the ground is free from any sharp objects.

We have a right to refuse set up if we feel the area is unsafe.

Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited will deliver and set up the equipment prior to your event- time required to set up your chosen package will be made clear upon booking. The equipment is to not be moved off the safety mats to minimise the risk of injury.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure easy access into the venue for unloading and loading the equipment. Any restrictions must be made clear to us upon booking such as but not limited to lack of parking, stairs, barriers, narrow doorways. Failure to make us aware of the restrictions may result in us being unable to set up.

We will deliver your chosen package for free within 15 miles of the LL30 postcode. Any further than this will incur a delivery fee.

We endeavour to always deliver our equipment on time however Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited will not be held responsible for delay incurred by circumstances beyond our control such as traffic problems, bad weather etc.

The equipment may be set up outdoors however there are a couple of requirements and outdoor bookings are at our discretion.

When booking our equipment for an outdoor hire please take into consideration the below requirements and have a plan B – such as being able to move the equipment inside if the weather isn’t suitable.

Bookings for outdoor hires are non refundable if we are unable to set up because of the weather.

  • The wind speeds must be below 24mph for the inflatables to be set up outdoors.
  • The floor must be dry the day before and the day of your event.
  • The inflatables can only be put up on real grass – no concrete, no artificial grass.
  • We will only consider outdoor bookings from May-September.

Please ensure that all the children are off the equipment at the arranged collection time so that our staff can safely take down the equipment.

Please ensure that all of the balls are in the ball pit, our staff do not have the time to be running around the venue collecting balls.

Any damage to the equipment must be made known to us upon take down and you confirm by signing our hire agreement to be held liable/responsible for any damage or loss of our equipment and agree to cover the cost of either cleaning, replacing or fixing the equipment.

We will not hire out our equipment without the hire agreement being signed.

Health and safety-

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage. Please ensure that our safety instructions are followed at all times.

  • The soft play equipment has an age limit of 5 years old. Please ensure that no one over this age uses the equipment.
  • Absolutely no climbing on the walls or hanging off the cross beam on the bouncy castles.
  • A responsible adult over age 18 must supervise at all times. Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited do not take any responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur whilst the equipment is on hire and do not accept responsibility for supervising the children as we so not stay for the event.
  • Always ensure that you limit numbers of children using the equipment dependant on height and age.
  • Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step of the bouncy castles, the step is there to assist with getting on and off the castles only.
  • Children must not push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to cause distress, injury or damage.
  • No one under the influence of alcohol and/or prescribed and/or non prescribed drugs and/or any other intoxicating substance to use or supervise the equipment.
  • No one with a history of neck or back problems or any medical condition which could be aggravated by using the equipment to use the inflatables.
  • Do not allow anyone to attempt somersaults.
  • Everyone using the equipment must be clothed appropriately with nothing in their pockets.
  • In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users come off the inflatable immediately.
  • In the event the blower overheats or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains. Switch it back on after 1-2 minutes and if it doesn’t restart please inform us straight away.

Please ensure that our equipment is kept in a clean condition. We expect our equipment to be treated with respect.

  • No food or drinks near the equipment- this is also a choking hazard.
  • All shoes off, socks kept on please!
  • No sharp objects near the equipment. Jewellery, glasses and badges must be removed prior to using the equipment.
  • Strictly no face paint, glitter tattoos, party poppers, coloured streamers, silly string, craft materials or anything that could ruin the equipment anywhere near the equipment.
  • No smoking near the equipment.
  • No alcohol near the equipment.

We will not set up our equipment close to an area where food is being cooked, especially near a barbecue.

Disclaimer- 

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol. Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited excludes any liability for injury, loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of this contract.

IMPORTANT NOTICE Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely. However, accidents can happen. Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited or its employees.

As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than Tots And Toddlers Soft Play Limited, any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that the hirer (i.e. the customer) has adequate public liability insurance covering their liability arising from the use of the inflatable.

Any failure to comply with our terms and conditions can lead to you being charged and we do not wish to do this so please ensure the rules are followed and adhered to by your guests. We will have our rule board on display at every event for your guests to see.
