Are you a family run business?

Yes, I’m a mum of 3 with an amazing supportive family and partner that have helped me to set up this business.

What age is your equipment suitable for?

Our soft play is suitable for under 5’s only.

Our add on baby area is suitable for under 12 months.

Our bouncy castle is suitable for children under 120cm.

How do I make a booking?

You can fill out our booking form on our website with your requirements and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

How do I secure a booking?

Bookings can only be secured with a £30 non refundable booking fee and a signed hire agreement, no date is secure without these. We will contact you within 48 hours after you have submitted the booking request form with more information.

When do I have to pay my balance?

Balances are due in full 7 days prior to your event. You are also welcome to pay in instalments however all balances must be paid 7 days prior to the event.

How far do you travel for an event?

In general we cover Conwy County and surrounding areas. We cover 15 miles from the LL30 postcode included in our prices however outside of this area will include a mileage fee.

How long does it take to set up the equipment?

Set ups can vary based on a number of factors such as the accessibility into the venue, the package required and a number of other factors. This can range from 30 – 60 minutes. All set up times will be highlighted in your booking confirmation.

How long do I have the equipment for?

If you have booked a venue for an event we will work around you for the times you require the equipment.

Our prices are for any amount of hours between 9am-6pm, bookings outside of these times will include a small out of hours fee.

If you require the equipment at your home we can set up the night before at no extra cost or the day of the event depending on your preference.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we hold comprehensive public liability insurance for 5 million pound, please check with your venue that this is acceptable.

Can I hire your equipment outdoors?

Hiring our equipment outdoors is at our discretion. We have some requirements to hire outdoors such as-

  • The wind speeds must be below 19mph for the bouncy castle to be set up outdoors.
  • The floor must be dry the day before and the day of your event.
  • The bouncy castle can only be put up on real grass – no concrete, no artificial grass.
  • We will only consider outdoor bookings from May-September.

Can I hire your equipment at my home?

Yes of course! We can either arrange to drop off the equipment the night before or the day of your event depending on your preference.

How do I know how much space I need?

Space requirements will be made clear upon booking depending on the equipment required.

Do you allow a face painter at the events?

Unfortunately we will not hire out our equipment where there is a face painter present. This also includes but not limited to tattoos, glitter, craft materials and crayons/pens. They ruin our equipment. If you go ahead and book and there are any of the above present we will not set up and you will not receive a refund.

Do you clean your equipment between hires?

Absolutely! All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned before and after every hire including all of the ball pit balls!

Can your equipment be personalised?

Yes! We can add vinyl personalisation to our packages- please send us a message to discuss your requirements!

Can we use our own vinyl to personalise the equipment?

No, we have very strict rules to follow when it comes to vinyl on our equipment. Any vinyl personalisation must be completed by us.

Are you a member of any recognised organisations?

We are proud members of the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance and our bouncy castle is registered with PIPA and has a current certificate.
